Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Back Office, including managing onboarding, payroll, EHR system, various HR tasks
- Ensure smooth and efficient employee service
- Onboarding and training of some Office Scheduling staff
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Front and Back Office management role
- HR and onboarding experience
- Scheduling follow up with clients, billing and collecting, and detailed attention to follow up
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
