Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front Desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet and check-in guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle reservations and cancellations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee the night audit process and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Train and supervise Front Desk staff, providing guidance and support
- Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Front Desk or hotel management preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
