Your mission is to provide an exceptional experience to every guest who stays with us. Front Desk duties will include Checking in, having a robust restaurant and attraction knowledge of the area and other general Front Desk tasks. If assisting travelers is a task that sparks joy and you love.... than this will be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and registering guests upon check-in
- Settling the guest’s folio upon check-out
- Phone reservations and requests
- Key and room assignments
- Concierge services /restaurants / attractions / tours / taxi's / Shopping
- Public transportation knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
