We are seeking customer service professionals to join our growing team of Front Desk Agents. The Front Desk Agent performs all receptionist and customer service related duties, answers client's questions and requests relating to the company, and requests assistance from employees as necessary. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated individual who prioritizes communication and engagement, and who truly cares about making our clients' experience a positive one. Responsibilities will include checking in new clients and assigning them to appropriate therapists, answering client questions, accepting payments, filing insurance claims, and providing company literature. The Front Desk Agent will also be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is available and operational before each session, placing client files in the appropriate order, answering phones as necessary and interacting with other coworkers as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer requests by phone or in person.
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Manage and dispatch customer requests through the appropriate departments.
- Be willing to work on an off-hour shift, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
