Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with guest requests such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Complete night audit procedures as required
Skills:
- Must have a minimum 1 year experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hospitality management software is advantageous
