Responsibilities
- Able to start as early as 5-5:30 am
- Responsible for the daily preparation and presentation of all food items served to guests.
- Responsible for the daily set up, maintenance, and breakdown of the daily breakfast items and area.
- Warmly greets/acknowledges all guests who enter the breakfast dining area.
- Requires ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
- Requires ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests in order to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
- Discusses inventory needs with operations manager on a weekly basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Food Handler's Certificate (required).
- Ability to work in the US (required).
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Possess good communication skills, both oral and written.
- This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 15-20 lbs.
- Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are required.
- Follows directions and instructions.
- Ability to get along well with others, to demonstrate flexibility and patience, to work as a member of a team, and to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people.
