We are a hospitality company owning and managing a portfolio of 25+ hotels. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team and provide Administrative Support to our property teams.
Basic day to day duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Data entry
- Audit analysis
- Payroll processing
- Banking reconciliation
- Reviewing credit card transactions
- Filing and updating documents
- Acting as a general liaison for operations staff

Previous hotel and/or accounting experience is a plus, but not necessary as you will be trained.
