Responsibilities:

- Greet guests enthusiastically and provide them with a unique, positive experience.

- Provide menus and answer any questions about menu items. Have advanced knowledge of what we have that is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.

- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly

- Enter orders into our POS, and gain advanced understanding of how it works (Toast)

- Serve food and beverages to guests

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal

- Process payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area

- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality

- Knowledge of basic math for cash-handling purposes

- Familiarity with food safety regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
