Essential Responsibilities:

• Greets guests upon entry, seats them, or manages a waiting list as needed.
• Provides menus and answers initial questions.
• Assigns guests to tables, considering table rotation for balanced server assignments.
• Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Responds to guest complaints and aids in resolution.
• Answers phone calls, takes reservations, and addresses inquiries.
• Possesses adequate knowledge of the menu.
• Provides world-class guest service.
• Embraces O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

• Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver results and work well with diverse personalities while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Hours:

• Due to the nature of the business, scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects. Requires significant walking or standing.
• May be required to lift in excess of 40 pounds on occasion.

Physical Activity:

• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, typing, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motion.

Environmental Conditions:

• Inside: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. A job is considered “inside” if the worker spends approximately 75 percent or more of the time inside.
