SalarySUMMARY
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the sales floor and all surrounding public areas while providing efficient and courteous service to patrons by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes, but not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greet arriving guests as they arrive to lobby and sales floor with a genuine hospitable welcome and a smile
- Meeting all Westgate Resorts Expectations; Service Philosophy, Mission Statement, Principals of Service, “1000 Little Things” & R.A.H.I.
- Greet guests at entrances to sales building – will do in rotation of other assigned duties.
- Service all occupied tables – notice empty beverages, coffee cups, sandwich wrappings, etc all trash taken from table & disposed of, etc.
- Assist with filling up beverage coolers each day with water and mini can beverages.
- Inspect all floors for cleanliness wipe down all tables, after morning meetings and immediately after guests exit table, straighten chairs and wipe down charis.
- Clean up spills as needed.
- Frequently check both men’s and women’s restrooms to ensure cleanliness and supplies
- Assist with checking out tablets for children on sales floor.
- Work as a team and always assist director & managers when needed; run deals to Deeding, etc.
- Inflate celebratory balloons (birthday/anniversary) as needed/requested
- Complete opening/closing duties as assigned
- Conform to department training standards
- Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with all team members
- Maintain a professional appearance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
