Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and assist with various tasks to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Uphold high standards of guest service and hospitality at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Knowledge of food service industry practices and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
