Responsibilities for Host/Hostess
- Answer the phone, input & prepare takeout orders for customers
- Greet all customers as they enter the restaurant
- Seat customers according to the established plan that ensures all waitstaff gets filled tables
- Keep Host/Hostess desk and waiting area clean
- Ensure takeout menus remain stocked
- Clean & refill paper products in bathrooms, as needed
- Various cleaning duties during shifts & other tasks allocated by management
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
