**Host/Host** **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas - Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials - Take reservations and manage the waitlist - Ensure the dining area is clean and organized - Assist with setting up tables and maintaining table settings - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy **Skills:** - Excellent guest relations skills to provide a positive dining experience - Strong customer service abilities to address guest needs and requests - Knowledge of guest services in a hotel or restaurant setting - Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems - Hospitality mindset with a friendly and helpful demeanor - Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members Join our team and be part of a dynamic restaurant environment where you can showcase your hospitality skills.
