New restaurant is looking for talented, hands-on, Front of House (FOH) staff to assist in daily operations of its restaurant in Riverside, California. This fun BBQ steakhouse concept restaurant features signature BBQ, steak, entrees, appetizers, and a great selection of draft beers and signature cocktails.

FOH and BOH positions must be dynamic individuals that thrive in fast-paced, high energy, customer focused environments. Positions needed for immediate fill are bartenders, servers, door hosts/busser, bar-backs/busser and support staff. Experience is preferred for all positions and references will be verified.

Essential Requirements:

• Adequate skills and experience to perform job duties
• Food handlers card
• Able to stand for 8 hours - walks and stands during entire shift.
• Able to communicate with team members
• Able to read and understand recipes
• Able to understand and follow all policies and procedures
• Able to lift and carry racks or stacks of dishes, glassware and other utensils, weighing up to 50 lbs., up to 50 times per shift.
• Able to lift and empty trashcans weighing up to 150 lbs., with assistance, up to five times per shift.
• Able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, push and lift.
• Able to work in a hot, damp environment.
• Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass and metal cans, burns, slipping and tripping.
• Frequent washing of hands.

All Credit Card Tips will be added to paychecks

• Responsibilities:
• - Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to guests- Refilling water glasses and other beverages as needed- Removing used dishes and utensils from tables- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, bathrooms and dining areas- Assisting with general cleaning tasks in the restaurant

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
