Hostess/Cashier

Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Seat guests and provide them with menus - Take reservations and manage the waiting list - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries - Handle cash transactions using the POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand - Assist servers with various tasks as needed - Provide exceptional guest service throughout their dining experience Experience: - Previous experience in food service, guest relations, or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism Join our team and enjoy a positive work environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within the company. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
