Our company is hiring a Host/Hostess to greet our customers and help manage the dining room. You will work directly with customers, presenting menus and taking food orders. As a Host/Hostess, you must be familiar with food and beverage preparation, while having an eye for detail. You will be responsible for seating guests and making sure all tables are clean, presentable and ready to serve. It’s essential to treat guests in a friendly manner to create a cheerful atmosphere. The goal is to provide excellent service so that customers feel welcomed, confident and satisfied with the experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls .
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
• Help the team with necessary task.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.35 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
