From the team behind bars like Bourbon & Branch and Local Edition comes THE DAWN CLUB. The Dawn Club is a new opening on Market Street in San Francisco which came in Spring 2023 that includes cocktails, live jazz, and one of the rarest whisky collections in North America. We are looking for persons who have experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or nightclub location and those who are interested in providing an elevated hospitality experience.  Most shifts will be between 3pm and 3am.

Responsibilities

• Use reservation platform to track guest arrivals and departures
• Actively greet and seat guests and communicate their status to floor team
• Answer all phone calls, emails, and event inquiries
• Assist in opening and end of day close out as necessary

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage or hospitality industry preferred
• Ability to adapt to a variety of guest service needs
• Ability to communicate in written English
• Experience using Yelp Guest Manager a plus
• Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler’s Certification and pass RBS training
• 21+ years of age or older
• Must be able to stand for 8 - 10 hours
