Hospitality Specialist/Mail Service Clerk

Position Details:
This direct hire role is full time Hospitality/Mail Clerk and performs office services work in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Hours will be full time M-F 9:00AM- 6:00PM.

Business professional dress code and standards are required.
Hourly Compensation: $15.00-$15.00 USD per hour.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

• Operate mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Set up and break down conference rooms
• Stock kitchen supplies
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Process all incoming mail & send out FedEx - UPS packages
• Ordering - manage office supplies
• Drive vehicle & drop off mail - packages
• Back-up at reception when needed
• Make copies on office copier
• Driving courier runs / walking courier runs
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers within the office
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have valid drivers license
• Must have reliable means of transportation to - from work and to handle driving runs
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality / Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be reliable
