Job Title:Hospitality & Events Intern
Department: Hospitality
Reports To:Hospitality & Events Manager

SUMMARY
The Hospitality & Events Intern will be responsible for assisting the Hospitality department in planning and executing various events that support internal staff and external partners. We are looking for a responsible, driven, creative individual who would like to gain experience in the event and sports industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of both internal and external events including but not limited to, Training Camp, Family BBQ, Rumble at the Ridge and Teammate engagement events
  • During Training Camp, assist with the VIP patio tent including setup, registration, guest check-in, crisis management, customer service and fan engagement
  • Provide gameday hospitality support in all hospitality suites and VIP areas on gameday including the Boardroom Suite and Sideline Pass Experiences
  • Support all other business operations departments with various hospitality and event needs

TIMEFRAME
  • July 2024 - End of January 2025
  • This position works 30 hours per week on average
APPLICANT MUST
  • Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible
  • Have authorization to work in the United States
  • Be able to work 30 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various events

All internships are hourly, paid positions. Interns are responsible for their own housing, travel, and relocation expenses. A background check will be conducted prior to employment start date.

The hourly rate for this position is:$22.75
