Job Description
Join our team as a Hospitality Associate, where you will collaborate with Executive Concierges, the Space Management Team, and employees to ensure seamless catering services and meet the requirements of high-profile partner and client meetings.
Shift: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and confirm multiple large meeting rooms daily.
- Conduct client meetings, confirm logistics, and perform space walkthroughs.
- Assist with mailroom tasks, very light print and binding, and reception fill-ins during evenings and breaks
- Roughly 10-30 meetings a day
- Capture and document customer interactions, including IT, Facilities, Meeting Support, and Catering details.
- Issue Special Event Forms (SEFs) outlining meeting and event logistics.
- Participate in weekly events meetings and update staff on upcoming events.
- Generate daily setup worksheet reports, weekly event sheets, and monthly room usage reports.
- Ensure clients have all necessary resources before meetings/events commence.
- Verify room occupancy and reclaim unused meeting space as necessary.
- Coordinate catering and meeting requirements with Executive Assistants and the Centralized Space Management Team.
- Adhere to Forrest Solutions and client policies, including safety regulations.
- Engage in weekly training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Position Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in service industries such as Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, or Event Planning preferred.
- Prior experience working in a legal setting highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and audio/visual equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
