Hospital Housekeeper

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring part-time or full-time housekeepers in a medical setting.

Wage: $19/hr. + $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of employment

Shift: Alternating Weekends

Full-time hours: 1:30PM - 10:00PM

Part-time hours: 6:00PM- 10:00PM

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all areas of the hospital, including public spaces, offices, and patient rooms:

• Knowledge of floor care equipment to include floor scrubber
• Handle biohazard materials and bodily fluid
• Isolation precautions for various infections
• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Respond to cleaning requests via handheld radios and pagers
• Perform other janitorial duties as required

Physical and Other Requirements

• Lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
• Bend/kneel/crouch/climb
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Must be completely vaccinated against Covid-19
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
