Overview:
Aloha Card Shop, located in Windward Mall, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with friendly and attentive service.
• Assist customers in finding products and offer recommendations based on their needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing product information and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Keep up-to-date with current promotions and special offers to effectively communicate them to customers.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting periodic inventory counts.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
