Hospice Volunteer

As our growth continues, Affinity Hospice Care is seeking Volunteers in the San Francisco Bay area to aid in our mission: to provide compassionate, quality care that enhances the lives of people with life-limiting illness and their families. As a Volunteer you will:

• Provide companionship and support to our Hospice patients and their families.
• Display compassion and care while helping our Hospice patients experience things they love to do or need help with.
• Provide valuable input on the patient's needs.
• Work with team members who share your passion.
• Provide clerical help with the hospice agency when available or needed

Other requirements include:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Respecting the patient’s privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Current California driver’s license and automobile liability insurance

This is NOT a paid position - it is strictly VOLUNTEER

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $1.00 per hour
