Duties:
- Make an initial health evaluation and individualized plan of care
- Administer medications and assist with pain management
- Clean and dress wounds
- Document symptoms and vital signs
- Monitor patient health and update care plan accordingly
- Instruct patients and their families on proper home care
- Provide suggestions to improve safety at home
- Detect early symptoms that could lead to a hospital visit
- Communicate with physicians, social workers or other health advisors
- Provide comfort and support
Skills:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., DataSoftLogic)
- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) and its use in patient care
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
