```Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice CNA to join our team. As a Hospice CNA, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their end-of-life journey. Responsibilities: - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications as prescribed by the healthcare team - Monitor and document vital signs, changes in condition, and response to treatment - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families - Assist with end-of-life care, including pain management and comfort measures - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Experience: - Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in hospice or palliative care preferred - Knowledge of acute care practices and procedures - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, such as Cerner - Basic life support (BLS) certification required - Ability to perform phlebotomy and IV infusion is a plus - Proficiency in patient assessment and documentation - Experience with tube feeding and catheterization If you are a compassionate individual with a strong commitment to providing exceptional end-of-life care, we encourage you to apply. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
