We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Chaplain to join our team. As a Chaplain, you will provide spiritual guidance and support to individuals in various settings, including hospitals, hospices, and other healthcare facilities. Responsibilities:

- Educate individuals on religious beliefs and practices

- Provide counseling and emotional support to patients, families, and staff

- Mentor individuals in their spiritual journey

- Lead religious services and ceremonies

- Communicate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients

- Offer spiritual guidance during times of crisis and grief

- Assist with conflict management and resolution

- Write spiritual resources and materials for distribution

Requirements:

- Possess a recognized degree in theology or a related field

- Ordained or licensed as a chaplain preferred

- Experience in hospice care or healthcare setting is a plus

- Strong crisis intervention skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to provide emotional support in a compassionate manner

- Demonstrated leadership abilities

- Sensitivity to diverse religious beliefs and practices
