Job Title: Home Care Marketer/Community Liaison/Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Home Care Marketer/Community Liaison/Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our in-home care services within the community. You will build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, physicians, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare professionals, to generate referrals and increase client admissions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads for in-home care services.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
3. Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential referral sources to educate them about our services and benefits.
4. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth transitions for clients referred to our services.
5. Attend networking events, community outreach programs, and health fairs to promote our services and build relationships with community stakeholders.
6. Track and analyze sales data, referral sources, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and referral sources in the CRM system.
8. Stay informed about industry regulations, trends, and competitors to effectively position our services in the market.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to referral sources, clients, and their families to foster positive relationships and promote client satisfaction.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, digital content, and advertising campaigns to support sales efforts.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
4. Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including understanding of home care services, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and referral processes.
5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the community.
