Job Type: Full-time, $66,560 + Commissions. Target earnings of $120,000/year.

Sky Resorts owns and operates multiple RV destination resorts in California and Arizona. Our sales division sells park model ("tiny") homes that have become incredibly popular in recent years due to their affordability for snowbirds, second homes and even primary homes for many as housing costs have skyrocketed. The main location of these sales positions is located at Sky Valley and Caliente Springs Resort, having about 1600 spaces between the two Resort communities. Boasting stunning landscapes and top-notch amenities, our resort provides an unparalleled living experience at the price point. We are seeking an enthusiastic Home Sales Consultant to join our team and play a key role in enhancing the community's growth and success.
About this position:
This is a salary position because we think the right person for this position should be focused on developing relationships, not clocking in and out and other administrative duties. This is a career position meaning once we sell out of our 2 locations, we are actively developing more sites and locations. We love the industry and what we do and are looking for growth with someone like minded.
Requirements
- Home Sales:
- Promote and sell park model homes within the resort community.
- Conduct guided tours and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our properties.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the housing market and resort amenities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, existing residents, and partners.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Attend community events and represent Caliente Springs Resort to drive sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement a proactive sales plan to achieve targets.
- Documentation and Follow-up:
- Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized database of potential buyers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
Qualifications: - Proven experience and strong closing ability in real estate or Home Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with results driven- approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be able to obtain DMV license
- Knowledge of the RV Resort and manufactured home industry is a plus.
