Home Medical Equipment Technicians are the first point of contact for our customers. They will assist customers in identifying the best Medical Equipment and supplies to meet their health care needs. To ensure we meet the needs of our customers they complete tasks such as, but no limited to, greeting the customers that enter the store, providing excellent customer service, providing assistance by telephone, maintaining retail displays, ordering and maintaining inventory.

Schedule: M-F 8:30 - 5:30 p.m. (Closed on weekends) Will be on call every 3rd week ($100 pager fee and time and a half when called out).
Important tasks:
- Excellent Customer Services Skills
- Willingness to take on-call
- Communicate insurance copays and guidelines to patients
- Occasionally deliver HME equipment to patient's homes
- Cleaning HME equipment
