Description of Responsibilities
Works with purchasing agent to maintain warehouse at appropriate stock levels. Orders replacement product as necessary. Pulls orders for customers. Replenishes stock upon completion of receiving process. Communicates effectively with all staff ensuring exceptional customer service in working with customers.
Essential Functions
Understands and executes all product flow and order fulfillment processes and procedures.
Maintains knowledge of products to accurately pull orders. Make appropriate changes to tickets (i.e., substitutions, quantities). Phone?s other locations for necessary stock as needed.
Proactive in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Maintains warehouse items at appropriate stock levels.
Pulls orders for all branch locations and medical delivery technicians as required.
Ensures that when products are pulled that the product is clean and in good condition.
Puts away stock that has been received. Ensures that stock is rotated as new product is put away.
Pulls expired product to return to vendor.
Accurately completes all transfer paperwork.
Maintains warehouse in an organized manner and based upon product type.
Communicates closely with other warehouse personnel to establish availability of products and ensure all needs are met as soon as possible.
Assists in receiving department as needed.
Maintains certification for operation of the picker.
Maintains customer confidentiality and business privacy. Is knowledgeable and follows all HIPAA guidelines.
Participates in in-services appropriate to job responsibilities or as required.
