Job Overview:

Veteran owned and operated 5 star rated home inspection company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Inspector with great people skills to join our team.

Qualifications:

- Licensed in the state of Maryland. Virginia a plus, but not required.

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Home Inspector.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and people skills - written and verbal.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Ability to use phone-based home inspection software.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
