Join our Augusta team as a Home Infusion Nurse, providing compassionate care and expert infusion services to patients in their own homes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional at-Home Infusion care to patients in Augusta, focusing on personalized treatment.
- Administer and manage IVIG and other specialized infusion treatments.
- Conduct ongoing patient health assessments, adapting treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all treatment activities in EMR, adhering to healthcare compliance.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain and manage infusion equipment, upholding high standards of care.
- Educate patients and their families on infusion therapies and overall health management.
Qualifications:
- Nursing degree with substantial experience as an RN, or relevant experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
- Valid RN license in Georgia.
- ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Available for local travel within the Atlanta area.
- Proficiency in using EMR and other healthcare software.
- Commitment to providing care in the community.
