Silver Care is searching for a meticulous and highly organized Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will orchestrate appointments and ensure seamless operations within our office. Responsibilities:

• Utilize our office scheduling system to arrange caregivers schedules efficiently.
• Collaborate with office staff to allocate resources for caregivers and SC clients appropriately.
• Maintain precise and current client records within our electronic verification system.
• Confirm caregivers schedules with SC clients and furnish necessary instructions as required.
• Aid in administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing telephone inquiries.
• Work alongside team members to optimize scheduling procedures for enhanced efficiency.
• Address clients inquiries promptly and provide outstanding customer service.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to uphold patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Home Healthcare administrative support role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in scheduling systems such as SmartCare preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial.
• Knowledge of emergency room protocols is an advantage.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
