We are seeking experienced "Home Health" sales professionals with proven ability for establishing and maintaining lasting relationships with the unique referral sources within our industry. CenterWell offers Sales Executives a competitive base salary, uncapped commission plan, company paid cell phone and milage reimbursement in addition to comprehensive benefits and significant opportunity for career growth.
As a Home Health Sales Executive you will:

• Promote our homecare services to discharge planners, case managers, physicians, at hospitals and skilled nursing facilities within an assigned territory.
• Build new relationships while preserving our high service levels among existing clientele.
• Prepare business plans which prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposals or contract pricing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to appropriately represent CenterWell's service capabilities to targeted referral sources is required.
• Previous healthcare sales experience preferred such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, etc. OR previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$62,000 - $85,250 per year
This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
