Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, including injections and IV insertion
- Perform wound care, suture removal, and other minor procedures
- Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in patients' condition
- Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using ICD-10 coding
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [Location]
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in Home Health or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of ambulatory surgery center, assisted living, and other healthcare settings

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
