Greetings from Anmoore, WV! We're actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract, with the potential for extension. Details:
- 13-Week Contract with possibility to extend
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- OT not likely
- M-F 8am-5pm
- Occasional weekends & on-call
- Mileage reimbursement
- Medical, Dental, Vision options
- 401k options after 90 days
Requirements:
- Active West Virginia RN License
- Active WV Cares
- Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
- At least 1 year of Home Health experience
- Minimum of 2 years of overall RN experience
- Proficiency with Oasis and Homecare Homebase
Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments, utilizing the OASIS tool to gather detailed patient information
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Administer medications, perform skilled nursing care, and coordinate various medical procedures
- Foster clear and effective communication with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Accurately document patient care using Homecare Homebase software
- Provide education on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold company policies
