CareOne Senior Care is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an RN at CareOne Senior Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring positive outcomes for our patients.
**Position:Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN as needed
**Location: Southeast Michigan
**Job Type: PRN
Responsibilities:
- -Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
- Perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans for clients living at home.
- Administer/Manage medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of nursing practice.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting positive patient outcomes.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
