As a Home Health LPN, you will be a part of an interdisciplinary team of RNs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers who have a strong set of core values and are dedicated to patient-centered care. Your compassionate and positive personality will make an impact on your patients during your daily one-on-one visits and teachings.

What you'll need:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Current Washington State certification in good standing; LPN required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Two years of medical office experience preferably in a clinic setting preferred
- Must stay current in knowledge base, certifications and licenses required and meet Hospital-mandated education requirements
- Experienced LPN's and new grads welcome!
