We are looking for a Home Health Clinical Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) who has strong clinical skills, values teamwork, has proficient critical thinking and decision making abilities, enjoys autonomy when providing patient care, has robust assessment and care planning expertise, and wants to provide excellent care that impacts people in their homes.
Qualifications
- RN Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Possess a current RN license in the state of Washington.
- CPR/BLS Certified
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening (including marijuana).
- Touchmark is a drug free work place.
- At least one year experience in a Home Health or Acute Care setting (preferred)
- Experience with OASIS and Case Management (preferred)
- Experience with wound and catheter care
- Working with older adults in a health care setting; geriatric mental health is a plus.
