We are looking for a Home Health Clinical Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) who has strong clinical skills, values teamwork, has proficient critical thinking and decision-making abilities, enjoys autonomy when providing patient care, has robust assessment and care planning expertise, and wants to provide excellent care that impacts people in their homes.
Qualifications
- RN Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Possess a current RN license in the state of Washington.
- CPR/BLS Certified
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening (including marijuana).
- Touchmark is a drug free work place.
- At least one year experience in a Home Health or Acute Care setting (preferred)
- Experience with OASIS and Case Management (preferred)
- Experience with wound and catheter care
- Working with older adults in a health care setting; geriatric mental health is a plus.
