Home Health Aide (Hha)/Caregiver, Personal Care, Home Maker, Cna

Responsibilities:
- Provide Personal Care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation and laundry.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role is preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Experience in providing care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments is a plus.
- Ability to work under the supervision of a nurse

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassion and empathy for individuals requiring home care services.
- Attention to detail in providing accurate documentation and following care plans.
- Ability to adapt to different patient needs and provide personalized care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
