Home Health Aide (Hha)

```Job Summary```
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, and seniors in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

```Duties```
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities to enhance socialization
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of care provided

```Requirements```
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia care, or senior care is preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer clients using proper body mechanics
- Knowledge of memory care techniques and strategies for individuals with dementia
- Familiarity with home care systems and protocols
- Proficient in recording vital signs accurately
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing needs of clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
