We are seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) for the following:

• Provides patients with personal care and hygiene in the comfort of their home
• Work closely and under the direction of a RN - Case Manager
• Respected and treated as a vital member of the patient care team

Pay Range: $45.00-$50.00/visit

Compensation is determined by the following factors; experience, knowledge, skills, location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Available Schedules: Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem
