```Duties:```
- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up patient's living space.
- Help with medical documentation and maintain accurate records of patient care.
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient's homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
