Home Health Aide

Full and Part Time cases available. Shifts available from 3 to 10 hours. Immediate need for day shifts and weekends. Flexible scheduling. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
- Work with individuals providing personalized care and support
- Provide specialized care for individuals with memory loss or dementia
- Offer compassionate end-of-life care for clients in hospice settings

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or memory loss is a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining client privacy
- Ability to provide compassionate care and emotional support to clients and their families

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Empathy and compassion for others
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations
