Position Overview:

We are looking for a Retail Associate who believes in our environmental mission and is excited to share it with others. As a Home Green HomeRetail Associate, you'll be responsible for: customer service, sales, merchandising, restocking, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and determine their wants and needs
• Cashier; opening and closing duties
• Assist customers in finding green solutions for their specific needs
• Stock and restock shelves and displays; maintain the neat and clean appearance of the store
• Communicate special features of products to customers
• Assist with merchandising and visual displays
• Educate customers about Home Green Home's brand and mission
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies
• Follow procedures and directions from lead staff
• Assist with promotions and in-store events

Requirements:

• Reliable, warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
• Availability to work evenings, weekends & holidays
• Talent for outstanding customer service
• Past experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to memorize information about products
• Strong listening, problem-solving, & organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while proactively engaging with customers
• A knack for working well with others
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
