Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Home Care Manager!
As the Home Care Manager you will manage the Home Care Services department that serves our residents! If you are an experienced leader in the health care field and are looking for the opportunity to serve others, work in a beautiful environment, and guide a team of care professionals to greatness, we'd love to speak with you!
Position & Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration preferred, business administration or related field, or 2+ years of experience managing a Home Care department or other industry like business;
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word;
• Ability to deal tactfully with team members, clients, family members, visitors, state agency personnel, and the general public;
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
• Ability to quickly learn new software systems, and prior experience working in scheduling and billing software(s).

The ideal candidate will:

• Communicate with patience, tact, positivity, confidentiality (HIPPA), transparency and honesty, and professional boundaries to residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, team members and the general public.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Coordinate services with other community health care providers
• Ensure the provision of safe and appropriate services in accordance with written service plans and that care assignments are based on the caregiver's abilities, skills, and competence
