Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Consultant to join our team. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a professional Community Liaison / Home Care Sales Representative who will be responsible for representing Guest Home Care in bringing in New Business. This position is key in creating and nurturing relationships with referral sources. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.
This is a work-from-home opportunity that requires a significant amount of cold calling. You will be utilizing real-time leads to reach out to individuals requesting Home Care services. You will also be going out into the community and engaging with Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Doctors, discharge planners, social workers, out-patient care units, nursing homes, etc. You will be documenting all of your activities using marketing software.
This is a Salaried Job. The Base Pay is $55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus a Bonus of $300 per New Client sign up. Expected Bonus of $5,000 to $25,000 per year, so total pay expected of $60,000 to $90,000 per year.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven experience as a Sales Representative.
- 3+ years experience in the Home Care Industry or as a Caregiver or Care Coordinator.
