About the Role:
As a Home Care Consultant at HomeInstead Dubuque, you have a unique opportunity to blend your sales skills with a passion for community. Normal business hours are M-F 8a-430pm.
Salary range $50-$60k plus incentives, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice organizations.
- Drive Sales Goals: Generate inquiries by using a consultative mindset to understand better and support the needs of our referral partners.
- Plan and Execute: Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans in conjunction with leadership.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Home Instead effectively to referral providers
- Maintain records: Keep accurate records of activities to maximize territory potential.
- Client Connections: Conduct care consultations, client/care professional introductions and quality assurance visits as needed to support client care manager.
- Community Involvement: Engage in various PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Educational Background: Experience working in a healthcare setting a plus.
- Sales Experience: Consultative sales experience a plus, passion for helping others is a MUST.
- Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Skills for Success: Strong communication, organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
