NCSS is seeking Community Support Specialist's to provide emotional and behavioral skill-building supports to children and adolescents in order to build healthy community connections. Can't commit to full-time work? We will consider part-time candidates!
Responsibilities include:
- Consulting with families to help support each child’s social and emotional growth.
- Coordinating services and perspectives across the client’s treatment team of providers.
Candidates must:
- Be comfortable working with children of different ages, providing one-on-one treatment across all environments (home, school, and Community).
- Be self-motivated, organized, and a team player.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in human services field; 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate.
Hours are M-F and services are generally delivered in the afternoons and evenings.
